�N ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM YEWELL KRAUST AND VIRGIE KRAUST FOR SOLID
WASTE EQUIPMENT STORAGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a special warranty deed executed by Yewel? Kraust and
Virgie Kraust, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, missouri, a special warranty deed for Solid WastE
Equipment Storage, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
All of that part of Outlot 65, United States Private Survey Number
2199, Township 30 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City of Cape Girardeau, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri,
described as follows:
From tne Northeast corner of the United States Private Survey Nc.
2202 measure North 83° 00' West, a distance of 92.^v feet to the East
right-of-way line of the St. Louis and San Francisco Railroad;
thence North 29° 40' East, along and with said right-of-way line, a
distance of 779.23 feet; to a corner of property described in Book
502 at Page 821 of the Cape Girardeau County Deed Records and the
point of beginning; �hence Soutn 34° 58' 39" East, a distance of
303.76 feet; thence North 55° C1' 21" East, a distance of 347.98
feet; thence North 82° 00' West, a distance of 105.1 feet; thence
North 08° 00' East, a distance of 30.0 feet; thence North 82° 00'
West, a distance of 337.89 feet; thence South 29° 40' West, a
distance of 48.41 feet, to the point of beginning and containing
66, 581 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
