AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ON SUNSET BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Sunset Boulevard -- Begin at the Southeast corner of the
intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Broadway and
continue South along the East curb line for a distance of
75 feet.
Sunset Boulevard -- Begin at the Southwest corner of the
intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Broadway and
continue South along the West curb line for a distance of
71 feet.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
