AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
JAME3 ADDITION NO. 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of James Addition No. 2 , a
resubdivision of Lot 1 of James Addition, and part of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Fractional Section 29, Township
31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Ellen J.
James, and bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 28, 1995, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to section 3 . 15 of the Claarter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
