AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
IRIS'S FIRST SIIBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Iris's First Subdivision, a
resubdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 26, and part of the Northeast Fractional Quarter
Section 35, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri,
submitted by Walter J. Ford and Iris J. Ford, and bearing the
certification of Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated May 23, 1995, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes aBill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
