BILL NO. 95-124 ORDINANCE NO. � /-��."�
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
OARLAND HILL ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Oakland Hill Estates
Subdivision, a part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 3, all of Lot 7 and
part of Lot 6, Block 4 of Westland Hills Subdivision as shown in
Plat Book 4, Page 44 and being a part of Fractional Section 35,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Charles L. Drury, Jennifer S.
Drury and Michelle L. Evans, and bearing the certification of Larry
D. Dowdy, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 18, 1995, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
