AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM CAPE GIRARDEAU SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 63 FOR
THE NORTH SPRIGG STREET EXTENSION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a general warranty deed executed by Cape Girardeau School
District No. 63 , a Missouri corporation, conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, 3 . 94 acres in right-of-way for the North
Sprigg Street Extension Project, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of Fractional
Section 29, Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the Southeast corner of
Casquin Park, City of Cape Girardeau, with MSPC of
N: 166592 . 896 , E: 336526 . 339; thence North 89° 10 ' 24"
East, 44. 51 feet to a point having MSPC of N: 166593 . 092,
