AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PUBLIC WORKS, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates from revenues in excess of those
estimated in the Budget for expenditure during the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1995, for the operation of the departments
specified, in the following amounts:
Administrative - Two Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($292,250. 00) .
Public Works - Three Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($332, 300. 00) .
ARTICLE 2 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
