AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM ST.
ANDREW LUTHERAN CHURCH FOR THE CAPE LA CROIX
CREEK/WALKER BRANCH FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE �OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by St. Andrew Lutheran
Church, a non-profit organization, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for the Cape La Croix
Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
That part of what is commonly known as the Southeast
Quarter of Outlot 80 in U. S .P. Survey 2199 , Township 31
North, Range 13 East, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter

the Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
