AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING A STOP
SIGN ON CAPE WEST PARKWAY AND RICHMOND STREET,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE l. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a stop sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Cape West Parkway at Siemers Drive, Northeast corner
facing East.
On Richmond Street at Siemers Drive, Northeast corner
facing East.
On Richmond Street at Cape West Parkway, Southwest corner
facing West.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
