AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
GIBONEY WOODS 3RD SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Giboney Woods 3rd Subdivision,
a Resubdivision of all of Giboney Woods lst Subdivision, a part of
United States Private Survey Number 787 , in the County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by the William G. Evans, Trustee of
the William G. Evans Voluntary Trust Dated March 17 , 1993 , and
bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated March 8, 1995, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
