AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING SEWER EASEMENTS FROM
CHARLES J. McGUIRE AND THERESA M. McGUIRE;
ALLEN KLOSTERHOFF AND IMOGENE KLOSTERHOFF; AND
ROLAND RAY DRUM, TRUSTEE AND SHARON A. DRUM,
TRUSTEE, IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 14-ZZ
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Charles J. McGuire and
Theresa M. McGuire, conveying to the City a Sewer Easement in Sewer
District No. 14-ZZ, more particularly described as follows:
A 10 foot easement, being the South 10 feet of Lot 11 in
Ashland Hills Subdivision, City of Cape Girardeau, State
of Missouri.
ARTICLE 2 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Allen Klosterhoff and Imogene
Klosterhoff, conveying to the City a Sewer Easement in Sewer
District No. 14-ZZ, more particularly described as follows:
A 10 foot easement whose centerline is described as
follows: Beginning at a point that is North 9 . 55 feet
from the Southeast corner of Lot 5 of Ashland Hills
Estates 8th Subdivision, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri; thence South 89° 56' 11" West, 13 . 63
feet; thence South 72° 52 ' S6" West, 32 . 38 feet to a
point on the South line of said Lot 5, being the
termination of said easement. ALSO: Beginning at a
point that is East 55. 49 feet from the Southwest corner
of said Lot 5; thence North 77° 06' 04" West, 42 . 97 feet;
thence North 89° 57' 40" West, 4 . 88 feet to the East line
of Dearmore County, being the termination of said
easement.
ARTICLE 3 . The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Roland Ray Drum, and Sharon
A. Drum, Trustees of the Roland Ray Drum Revocable Trust Dated 6-9-
94, conveying to the City a Sewer Easement in Sewer District No.
14-ZZ, more particularly described as follows:
A 10 foot easement, being the South 10 feet of Lot 8 in
Ashland Hills Estates 8th Subdivision, City of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri.
ARTICLE 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
