AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING A YIELD
SIGN ON INDUSTRIAL DRIVE AT ENTERPRISE STREET,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a yield sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
On Industrial Drive, at Enterprise Street, Southwest
corner facing West.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
