AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
SWEETBRIAR TOWNHOUSES PLAT 2 SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Sweetbriar Townhouses Plat 2
Subdivision, all of Lot 2 of Sweetbriar Estates Subdivision, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Leah Y.
Richardson, trustee of the Leah Y. Richardson Trust, and bearing
the certification of David L. Harrison, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated October 15, 1997, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
