AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR INTERNAL
FLEET SERVICES AND GENERAL FUND TRANSFER, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates from revenues in excess of those
estimated in the Budget for expenditure during the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1998, for the operation of the departments
specified, in the following amounts:
Internal Fleet Services - Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars
($55, 000. 00) for the repair and upgrade of the Fleet
Department's fuel storage and dispensing systems.
General Fund Transfer - Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($43 , 500. 00) for transfer to Fleet Fund an amount
required to repair and upgrade Fleet Department's fuel
storage and dispensing systems.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
