AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF BETHEL SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Bethel Subdivision, a
subdivision of part of United States Private Survey No. 2199 and
Fractional Section 13 , Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau
Missouri, submitted by Bradley J. Schlossor and Amy Nicole
Schlossor, and bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 25, 1997 , is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
revised record plat with the date of Council approval and affix
thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . Pursuant to Section 3 . 15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
