AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND COMMISSION FORM ORDINANCE
NO. 128, PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 12TH DAY OF
NOIR, 1921, BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 26-B
AND SECTION 26-C, LETT HAND TURNS BETWEEN STREET
INTERSECTIONS PROHIBITED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU* MISSOURI,

OLLOWS:-
SECTION l:- That Commission Form Ordinance No. 128, passed and
approved on the 12th day of November, 1921, be and the same is hereby
amended by adding thereto a new section to be numbered Section 26-B
and Section 26-C.
SECTION 26-B Hereafter it shall be unlawful to make a left
hand turn between Street intersectionson any paved street, unless
such person driving or operating a motor tehicle or other cehicle
shall have first secured from the Superintendant of Streets a written
permit to make a left hand drive.
SECTION 26-C It is hereby made a misdemeanor to use a filling
station drive on Broadway, between Main and Pacific Streets, for
the purpose of evading and defeating the provisions of an Ordinance
prohibiting turning around at Street intersections, at any point be-
teveen Main Street and Pacific Street, including the intersections of
Main and Pacific Streets.
Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall,
upon conviction, be fined in a sum o:f not les's than One Dollar, nor
more than One Hundred Doll.ars for each offense.
SECTION 2:- This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
from and after its passage.
