BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF Ci PE GIR.'IRDEAU.,

SECTION 1. The sum of is hereby appropri-
ated out of the General Revenue Fund of the City of Cane Gir-
ardeau, Missouri.,, . as is hereinafter specified and as the same
shall have been paid unto the City Treasury to the credit of
said fund for the current expense of said City for the fiscal
year beginning on the lst day of July; 19j+ and ending on the
30th day of June, 19J,,F. Said amount to be drawn upon motion
or resolution of the City Council of said City or as otherwise
provided by ordinance, not to exceed the sum as hereinafter
authorized to wit:
For Street Purposes, such as repairs, material, labor
concrete work, footwalks, sewerpipe, sewers and whatever may
be necessary to keep the streets, alleys and -walks of the City
in good repair including tools, equipment, salary of otreet
Commissioner and expenses attached to cleaning streets .......
