This deed is made pursuant to an ordinance vacating said Missouri Street from Good Hope to Bloomfield Streets, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quit claim deeds to the abutting property owners* IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the First Part has caused these presents to be signed by its Mayor and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, the day and year first above written.
