AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE DEDICATION OF STREETS IN "RIDGEWOOD"
IN WHAT IS gNOTAN AS THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF OUTLOT 80 IN U. S. P.
SURVEY NO. 2199: IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, the owners of what is known as the northeast quarter
of Outlot 80, in U. S. P. Survey No. 2199, in Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri, did many years ago lay out and improve a system of streets
and sell adjacent lots, but did not dedicate said streets for public
use, and
id=AS, the proposed system of sanitary trunk sewers in Sewer
District No. 12B will include the land in the northeast quarter of
Outlot 80,.the assessment to be made on a square foot basis, excepting
streets, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat showing the streets in "Ridgewood"
in what is known as the northeast quarter of Outlot 80, in U. S. P.
Survey No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown
on the original plat with the dedication of said streets, is hereby
accepted and approved, and the streets shall be named Jurie Street,
Yarau Lane and Terris Hill Road as shown on said plat.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said plat, dated ✓un e, 2e , 195-3,
and signed by Charlotte Popp Roth and MartinL. Rot�fe ar —
husband and acknowledged by a Notary Public, on the ?offs day of
jcrne , 1953 , the approval of the City Council
attested by the seal cf the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
and said plat be recorded in the records of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cape Girardeau,Cobnty, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
