DN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THEt CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GLRARDEAU.,
MISSOURI, AS FO!dffv!S:
SECTION, 1. That the elevations hereinafter referred to in feet
above Mean Sea Level shall be the grade for the center line of William
Str=eet, from the existiing concrete pavement at the west' line of Louisiana
Avenue to the existing concrete pavement at the east line of Minnesota

Avenue.
SECTION 2. Begin at the existing concrete pavement at the west
line of Lo-ulsiana Avenue with an elevation of 404.18; thence with a
descending grade of 0.6 % a distance of 50 feet to an elevation of
403.88; thence with a vertical curve a distance of 200 feet to an
elevation of 396.48; thence with a descending grade of 6.8% a distance
of 80 feet to an elevation of 391-041- thence with a vertical curve
a distance of 60 feet to an elevation of 389.00; thence with a level
grade a distance of 30 feet to an elevation of 389.00; thence with
a vertical curve a distance of 120 feet to an elevation of 393-76;
thence with an ascending grade of 7.93% a distance of 150 feet to
an elevation of 40551.65; thence with a vertical curve a distance of
120 feet to an elevation of 4,10.1.0 at the existing concrete pavement
at the east line of Minnesota Avenue.
SE;CTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
This ordinance to take effect and be in full force from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
