IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIfOMEAU, iuiISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, IISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Quit Claim Deeds signed by I-irs. Dodie Ivie;rer and Harold G.
Deck and Tillaree Deck, husband and wife, both dated September 5, 1956, and a
Quit Claim Deed signed by Henry A. Ochs and Lucille t�. Ochs, dated September 4,
1956, and acknowledged by notary public, which convey to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, certain strips of land in Outlot i�;o. 75, in U. S. P. Survey
No. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes, be and
the same are hereby approved and accepted by the City of Cape Girardeau, 11issouri.
3LC^1ION 2. That the strips of land so described and designated in said
Quit Claim Deeds as "i-ieyer Drive", lRiichael Drive", "Walker Street", "New Madrid
Street", "Audrey Drive" and "Lombardo Drive", shall be known as same.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to have
said Quit Claim Deeds recorded in the land records of Cape Girardeau County,
Missouri.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after the effective date following its passage and7approval.
