AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF LANDGRAF'S SECOND SUBDIVISION OF THE
KLAGES PARTITION OF LOTS 5 AND 6 OF ALLEN'S SUBDIVISION OF OUT LOTS 76
AND 77, U.S.P. SURVEY 2199, TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MIS®
SO1JRI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Landgraf's Second Subdivision of a part of
Klages Partition of Lots 5 and 6 of Allen's Subdivision of Out Lots 76
and 77, U.S.P.Survey 2199, Township 31 north, Range 13 east, in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown on the original plat of said sub—
division, dated July 30, 1956, which plat was filed with the City Clerk
and the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to en—
dorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and signed L. H. Land—
graf Lumber Company, by L. H. Landgraf and acknowledged before a Notary
Public on the 30th day of July, 1956, the approval of the City Council,
attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Passed and approved this ; 7 day of August, 1956.
