heretofore conveyed to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a
strip of land 16 feet icide, 1.7ing between Lots 9 and 10, in said
Block 5, for street purposes, and now request that said street

SECTION 1. That the strip of land 16 feet wilde., 1-

I , Block 5, Rodney Vista., heretofore conveyed to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes, by the
Owners of property in said Lots 9 and 10, shall hereafter be
named "Cedar Lane".
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
forviard a copy of this ordinance to the local Post Office for
reference.
SECTILON 3. This ordinance to take effect and be in full
force from and after the effective date following its passage
and approval.
