BE IT ORDAINED BY TFIE COMMIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE, GIRARDEAU.,
YJSSOURI, AS F01,L01,IS:
SECTION 1. That the grade hereinafter described shall be
the grade of the center line of Maple Street, from the west line
of Ellis Street to the east line of Pacific Street., in the City
of Cape Girardeau, IUssouri., based on Mean Sea Level Datum.
SECTION 2. Begin at the edge of the eadsting conbrete pave-
ment at the west -line of Ellis Street with an elevation of 396.04;
the -rice -west -with the center line of Maple Street, -with a descend-
ing grade of 1.74% a distance of 100 feet to an elevation of 394.301:
thence with a vertical curve a distance of 150 feet to an elevation
of 387.00; thence with a descending grade of 8.00 % a distance of
35 feet to an elevation of 384.20; thence with a vertical curve a
distance of 30 feet to an elevation of 382.92 at the existing concrete
pavement at the east line of Pacific Street.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance to take effect and be in full
force from and after the effective date folloCzg, its passage
and appro-va-1.
