SECTION 1. That the plat of Bon Roza Subdivision of
part of Lot 4,, Anent Subdivision in Outlot No - 77, in
U. S. Private Survey llwlo. 2199, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as shown on the origi-nal plat of said subdivision
dated December 29, 1955, -which -plat -was filed -with the City
I Clerk and City Engineer, and examined and approved bythem,
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved as a sub-
division to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SEECTITO.N 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to endorse upon said plat, dated as aforesaid,
and signed by Bbm Roza and Virgie Doza, his wife, and
ac1mowledged by a rotary Public, on the 29th day of December,,
1955, the approval of the City Council attested by the seal
of the City of Cape Girardeau., Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance enall take effect and be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
