accept, and it does hereby accept, a quit claim deed dated
September 9, 19537, from Ray W. Call, Lyman A. Miatt-liews and
Walter H. Ober'krieilde, Trustees of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of
Commerce Community Industrial Development Fund, to the following
described real estate situate in the City of Cape Girardeau,
County of Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to -wit:

in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State
of Missouri-, described as follows:
