Cape Girardeau Diocese, by quit claim deed dated September 5,
1957, has conveyed to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
for alley punposes, the following described real estate

A par -t- of Lot 50, I -Range "G" of the City of Cape
Girardeau,, Missouri, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west 'line of Lot 50,
Rmnge "G" two (2) feet- north of the southwest
corner of said Lot 50, thence east parallel to the
south line of Lot 50 to the east line of Lot 50.,
thence north sixteen (16) feet along the east line
of Lot 50, thence west parallel to the south line
of Lot 50 to the west line of Lot 50, thence south
along the west line..of Lot 50 sixteen (16) feet to

to -wit:
Part of Lot 51, Range "G" described as follows:
Begin at a point on the west line of Lot 51,
29 feet south of the northwest corner of Lot 51;
thence in a northeasterly direction along a curve
having a radius of 30 feet to its intersection
with the north line of Lot 51; thence west along
the north line of Lot 51 to the northwest corner
of Lot 51; thence south along the west line of
Lot 51., 29 feet to the point of beginning.

to accept said quit claim deeds and have the same recorded;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDr U, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
accept, and it does hereby accept, a quit claim deed dated
September 5, 1957, from Charles H. Helmsing, Bishop of
Springfield -Cape Girardeau Diocese, to the following described
real estate situated in the City of Cape Girardeau, County of
Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to -wit:
A part of Lot 50, Range "G° of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on tine west line of Lot 50,
Range "G" two (2) feet north of the southwest
corner of said Lot 50., thence east parallel to the
south line of Lot 50 to the east line of Lot 50,
thence north sixteen (16) feet along the east line
of Lot 50, thence west parallel to the south line
of Lot 50 to the west line of Lot 5� , hence south
along the west line of Lot 50 sixteen (16) feet to
the point of beginning,
and that said deed be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
SECTION 2: That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
accept, and it does hereby accept, a quit claim deed dated
August 26, 1957, from Geb:'hard Martin and Virginia Martin, his
wife, to the following described real estate situated in the
City of Cape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau, and State of
Missouri, to -wit:
Part of Lot 51, Range "G4° described as ollows:
Begin at a point on the west line of Lot 51,
29 feet south of the northwest corner of .Lot 51;
thence in a northeasterly direction along a curve
having a radius of 30 feet to its intersection
with the north line of Lot 519 thence west along
the north line of Lot 51 to the northwest corner
of Lot 51; thence south along the west line of
Lot 51, 29 feet to the point of beginning,
and that said deed be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
