AN ORDINANCE REPEALING C0114ISSION FORM ORDINANCE NO. 1555, PASSED
AND APPROVED ON SEPTEPIBER 3, 1957.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COIPTCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Commission Form Ordinance No. 1555, passed and
approved on September 3, 1957 be, and the same hereby is, repealed.
SECTION 2. That an emergency exists within the meaning of the
Statutes of Missouri and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety. This Ordinance
shall take effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
