BE IT ORDAIN 0 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
I•ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Conmiission form Ordinance No. 1713, passed
and approved July 9, 1956, entitled "An Ordinance reaffirming the action
of the City Council in declaring it necessary to improve, providin7 for
the improvement, directing the Cit;- Clerk to advertise for bids todo
the work and providing for the issuance of special tax bills in payment
of the cost of same, on that part of Pacific Street from the existing
concrete pavement at the center of Hickory Street to a point 10 feet
south of the center of Hackberry Street in the City of Cape Girardeau,
iissouri, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. `_'his ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after the effective date following its passage and approval.
