AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TAE PLAT OF LANDGRAF'S RESUBDIVISION OF A
PART OF ALANNA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, OF PART OF OUTLOT NO. 75, IN U.S.P.S.
NO. 2199, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
HE I^1 ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLL OWS :
SECTION 1. That the plat of Landgraf's Resubdivision of a part
of Alanna Heights Subdivision of part of Outlot No. 75, in U. S. P.
Survey No. 2199, dated January 14, 1957, and signed by L. H. Landgraf
Lumber Company, by L. H. Landgraf, President, and acknowledged by Notary
Public, which plat has been filed with the City Clerk and City Engineer,
and examined and approved by them, be and the same is hereby accepted
as a subdivision to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to place on
said plat a certificate of approval by the City Council, together with
the number and date of this ordinance, and the seal of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the effective date following its passage and approval.
