AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF PENNY AVENUE, FROM
THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 129 WALKER'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CENTER OF
ANNA STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall
be the grade of Penny Avenue, along its center line, from the
south line of Lot 12, Talker's Subdivision to the center of
Anna Street, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is
with reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the end of the existing concrete pave-
ment at the south line of Lot 12, Walker's Subdivision with an
elevation of 388.50; thence north with an ascending grade of
1.52 %, a distance of 335 feet to an elevation of 393.60; thence
with an ascending grade of 2.14 / a distance of 271.2 feet to an
elevation of 399.40 at the center of Anna Street.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This a• dinance to take effect and be in full force
from and after the ef-'ective date following its ssage and approval.
