AN 01RDINA24CE ACCEPTING DEED FROM CAPE GIRARDEAU SCHOOL DISTRICT
NO. 63 TO CERTAIN LAND IN PART OF OUTLOT NO. 43, IN U.S.P.
SUIVEY No. 2199, IN THE CITY OF CAFE GIRAI'LDEAU, MISSOURI, FOR
STREET PURPOSES ONLY.
WHEREAS, Cape Girardeau School District No. 63 has
conveyed. by Quit Claim Deed dated June 12, 1358, to the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, for street purposes, the following
described real estate situated in, the City or Cape Girardeau,
County of Cape Girardeau, and State of Missouri, to -wit:
All of that part or Outlot No. 43, in U.S.P.S.
No. 2199, lying west of a line drawn parallel to
and 56 feet east of the west line of Minnesota
Avenue as said street exists along Koch°s
Subdivision, beginning at a point 252.4 feet south
of the south line of Bloomfield Street, on the
north line of the Board of Education tract, and
extending south 1O28 feet to the north line of
College Street,
and
diIEREAS, the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, desires
to accept said quit Clain Deed and have the same recorded;
NOW THE!_ EFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
S►;CTION 1: That the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
accept, and it does hereby accept, a Quit Claim Deed dated
June 12, 1958, for street purposes, from. Cape Girardeau
School District No. 63, to the following described real
estate in the City of gape Girardeau, County of Cape Girardeau,
and State of 1'1issouri, to -gait:
All of that part of Outlot No. 43, in U.S.P.S.
No. 2199, lying west of a line drawn parallel
to and 55 feet east of the west line of
Minnesota Avenue as said street exists along
Koch°s Subdivision, beginning at a point 252.4
feet south of the south Line of Bloomfield Street,
on the north line of the Board of Education
tract, and extending south 1028 feet to the
north line of College Street,
and that the said deed be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
