AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF S=.JART DRIVE, FROM HOPPER
ROAD, NORTH, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRAARDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
of Stewart Drive, from Hopper Road, north, to its terminus, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to Mean Sea Level.
SECTION 2. That the grade of the center line of Stewart Drive shall
be as follows: Begin at the north side of the existing asphalt pavement on
Hopper Road with an elevation of 412.30; thence north, 8 feet, ±, to the
south line of West Mount Place, which point shall be known as Station 0+00,
to an elevation of 412.10; thence to an elevation of 412.00 at Station 0+30;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 406.94 at Station 1+50; thence
with a descending grade of 7.6 % to an elevation of 401.24 at Station 2+25;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 397.17 at Station 3+15; thence
with a vertical curve to an elevation of 397.52 at Station 4-15; thence with a
vertical curve to an elevation of 398.18 at Station 5+05; thence with a descending
grade of 0.7 % to an elevation of 396.9 at Station 7+00 at the end of Stewart
Drive.
S`.LjCTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after the effective date following its passage and approval.
