AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR LAYING
SEWER PIPE FROM ALFRED G. HIRSCH, RUBY E.
HIRSCH, GEORGE W. HIRSCH, HELEN HIRSCH., FLOR-
ENCE HIRSCH FEE AND VERNON V. FEE .
WHEREAS, Alfred G. Hirsch, Ruby E. Hirsch, George W.
Hirsch, Helen Hirsch, Florence Hirsch Fee and Vernon V. Fee have executed
easement for laying sewer pipe dated November 30, 1964, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a portion of Outlot No. 70, U. S. P.
Survey No. 2199, as an easement for laying sewer pipe, as more fully des-
cribed hereafter in this ordinance, and the City desires to accept such ease -
went and have the same recorded, NOW, THEREFORE,
DE IT ORDAINED by_ the Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts
an easement for laying sewer pipe dated November 30, 1964, executed by
Alfred. G. Hirsch and Ruby E. Hirsch, his wife; George W. Hirsch and Helen
Hirsch, his wife; Florence Hirsch Fee and Vernon V. Fee, her husband,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, an easement for laying
sewer pipe over the following described real estate located in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Outlot No. 70 in U. S. Private Survey No. 2199,
described as follows: A strip of land 10 feet wide, the
center line of said strip being described as follows: Begin
at a point onbthe east line of Water Street, extended (as
said Water Street exists in Red Star Addition) said point
being 5 feet south of the north line of Outlot No. 70
thence east parallel to the north line of Outlot No, 70,
140, 4 feet; thence south parallel to the east line of said
Water Street aforesaid, 145 feet to the north line of
Green Acres Drive extended east, and there terminating.
and it is ordered that said easement be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
Section 2. The easement hereby conveyed as described in Section 1
hereof, is for the purpose of laying sewer pipe.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
