AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
ALFRED G. HIRSCH, RUBY E. HIRSCH, GEORGE W.
HIRSCH, HELEN HIRSCH, FLORENCE HIRSCH FEE AND
VERNON V• FEE
WHEREAS, Alfred Ga Hirsch, Ruby : E. Hirsch, George W.
Hirsch, Helen Hirsch, Florence Hirsch Fee and Vernon V. Fee have executed
quit claim deed dated November 12, 1964, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a portion of Outlot No. 70, U. S. P. Survey No. 2199,
as more fully described hereafter in this ordinance, and the City desires to
accept such deed and have the same recorded, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as follows:
Section I. The City of Cape Girardeau,_- Missouri, hereby accepts
a quit claim deed dated November 12, 1964, executed by Alfred G. Hirsch
and Ruby E. Hirsch, his wife; George W. Hirsch and Helen Hirsch, his wife;
Florence Hirsch Fee and Vernon V. Fee, her husband, conveying to the City
of Cape Girardeau., Missouri, the following described real estate located in
the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri:
Part of Outlot No® 70, in U. So Private Survey No. 2199,
described as follows: A strip of land 60 feet wide, lying
30 feet on each side of the following described center line:
Begin at the center of Green Acres Drive on the east line
of Green Acres. Subdivision; thence east perpendicular to
the east line of Green Acres Subdivision, 544.17 feet to
a point on the center line of Rand Street, extended, (as Rand
Street exists in Red Star Addition); thence continue east
along the extension of the center line of Green Acres Drive,
above described, 313. 9 feet and there terminating, said
land above conveyed to be known as Green Acres Drive,
also, a strip of land 70 feet wide, lying 35 feet on each side
of the following described center line. Begin at a point
on the center line of Green Acres Drive, above described,
said point being 8234 07 feet east of the east line of Green
Acres Subdivision,• thence north perpendicular to the center
line of Green Acres Drive, 188. 1 feet to the center line
of Rand Street as said Rand Street exists in Capaha Gardens
and Cape Rock Hills, on the north line of Outlot 70, and
there terminating, .said land conveyed to be known as Rand
Street, also, a strip of land 63. 85 feet wide, being the

extension of Water Street (as said Water Street exists in
Red Star Addition) beginning at the north line of Roberts
Street and extending to the north line of Outlot No. 70,
said land above conveyed to be known as Water Street;
also, a strip of land 60 feet wide being the extension of
Rand Street (as said Rand Street exists in Red Star Addition)
beginning at the north line of Roberts Street and extend-
ing to the south line of Green Acres Drive, above described,
said land conveyed to be known as Rand Street.
and it is ordered that said deed be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
Section Z. The land conveyed by deed described in Section 1 hereof,
is hereby named and designated as Rand Street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
