AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM RIVERSIDE
LAND AND INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR LAYING SEWER PIPE
WHEREAS, Riverside Land and Investment Company has executed
Easement for Laying Sewer Pipe dated November 17, 1964, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, an easement for the laying of sewer pipe as
more fully described hereafter in this ordinance, and the City desires to accept
said easement and have the same recorded, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts Ease-
ment for Laying Sewer Pipe dated November 17, 1964, executed by Riverside
Land and Investment Company, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
the following described easement for laying sewer pipe, situated in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri:
Part of U. S. Private Survey No. 3091, T. 31 N. , R. 14 E. , being
a strip of land 10 feet wide, the center line of said strip being des-
cribed as follows- Begin at a point on the east line of Main Street,
5 feet south of the south line of Markham's Subdivision; thence east
parallel to the south line of Markham's Subdivision and the south line
of Lot 13, Block G, Capaha Gardens, to the -;gest line of Lot 14, Block
G, Capaha Gardens, and there terminating.
and it is ordered that said Easement be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
Section 2. The land conveyed by Easement described in Section 1 hereof
is hereby designated as an Easement for the Laying of Sewer Pipe.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
