SECTION 1. That the boundaries as hereinafter described shall be the
boundaries of Sewer District No. 12 -AA -2, AA 2 4,, a subdivision of Sewer District No.
112 -AA, heretofore established, in the City ofi-Cape Girardeau, Missouri, namely:
All that part of Hildale Estates and part of Dutlot No. 78a, in U. S. P. S.
No. 2199, described as follows:
Begin at the S.W. corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Hildale Estates; thence in a N.E.
direction along the W. line of Lot 6, 1176.5 feet to the N. W. corner of said Lot 6;
thence in a northerly direction along the W. line of Hildale Circle to the S.W.
corner of Lot 11, Block 1, Hildale Estates; thence X. along the Y. line of Hildale
Estates, and said W. line extended, 443.74 feet; thence E. parallel to the X. line
of Lot 13, Block 1., Hilda 1pe Estates to the W. line of Hildale Circle, extended;
thence E. to a point on the E. line of Hildale Circle, extended, said point being
120 feet N. of the N. 3-ine of Thomas Street; thence E. parallel to the N. line of
Thomas Street, 300 feet to the W. line of Patricia Street, extended; thence in a
S. E-. direct -ion to. a point on the E. lice of Patricia Street., extended, said point
being 100 feet K. of the N. line of Thomas Street; thence E. parallel to Thomas
Street 120 feet to the E. line of Hildale Estates, ekbended; thence S. along the
E. line of Hildale Estates, extended, and the E. lime of Hildale Estates, to the
S. E. corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Hildale Estates; thence W. along the S. line of
said Lot 11, Block 3, and said line extended, to a point or., the E. line of Lot 2,
Block 1, Hildale Estates, extended; thence S. along the extension of said E. line
of Lot 2, and the E. line of said Lot 2., Block 1, to the S.E. corner of said Lot
2, Block 1; thence W. along the S. line of Block I., Hildale Estates to the point
of beginning.
-SECTION' 2. That the plans for a system. of sanitary sewers In Sewer District
No. 12 -AA -2, prepared by John R. Walther, and now on file in the office of the
City Clerk are hereby approved and adopted.
-SECTION 3. That the owners of lands in Sewer District No. 12 -AA -2 are hereby
authorized to proceed with the construction of said sewers, in accordance with the
plans and specifications, and subject to inspection by the agents of the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and bearing all costs of engineering and inspection, to
insure its final comm-letion and final acceptance by said City and the State Nlater
Pollution Board.
MCTMN 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in f1j2d force from
and after 10 days foilo-wing its passage and approval.
