AN ORDINANCE. ESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF STOBBARD CURT, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRA.RDEAU, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED D BY THE COUNCIL GF THE CITY OF CATS CIR..ARD ' v, MISSOURI,
AS FO IO S:
SECTION 1. that the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade for the
center of Stoddard Court, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with
reference to Oban Sea Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at a point on the north line of Stoddard Street and the
east end of Stoddard Court, which point for the purpose of this description
shall be known as Station 0+00, with an ele=ration of 03.53; thence with a
vertical curve to an elevation of 466.72 at Station 0+1.0; thence with an
ascending grade of 10.91 % to an elevation of 470.54 at Station. 0-+-75; thence
with a vertical curve to ars elevation of 477.00 at Statics 1+75; thence with
a vertical curve to an elevation of 470.73 at Station 2-+-75, thence with a
descending grade of 14.54 % to an elevation of 465.64; at Station 3+10;
thence with a vertical curve to an elevation of 461.56 at Station 3+50 at
the north line of Stoddard Street and the west end of Stoddard Court.
SECTI N 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
