KSSOTUIRI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plans for a system of sanitary sewers in
Seger District No. 12 -CC, a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12,
Ln the City of Gape Girardeau, Missouri, prepared. by John R. Walther,
and now on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the owners of lands in Sewer District No. 12-00.1
are hereby authorized to proceed with the construction of said sewers
in Sewer District No. 12 -CC, under a private contract with a reputable
contractor, in accordance with said plans and standard specifications,
in accordance with all ordinances of the City pertaining to the type
of work involved, and under the inspection of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, to its comple tion and final approval of said City and the
vissouri State Water Pollution Board.
SECTION 3. That the said owners shall bear the entire cost of
the work including engineering and upon its completion pay to the
City the cost of the inspection of said work.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full-
force
ullforce from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
