AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO
JAMES ST OVALL Do B, AQ SUPERIOR CONCRET ORS TO
COMPLETE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THAT PART OF
MARIETTA STREET FROM CLARK AVENUE TO HOWELL
STREET IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS;, By contract dated April 2,. 1965, duly authorized by
ordinance; James Stovall do ba a, Superior Concretors agreed with the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to improve within 90 days from April 12, 1965,
according to the terms of said contract, that part of Marietta Street from
Clark Avenue to Howell Street in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and
WHEREAS, Due to weather conditions, it has become necessary that
an additional 60 days extension of time be granted, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
Section. L =Tames Stovall de b, an Superior Concretors is hereby
granted an extension of 60 days to September 9, 1965, within which to
complete its contract with the City for the improvement of Marietta Street
from Clark Avenue to Howell Street,
Section Z. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
