AN ORDINAVCE ORDINANCEESTABLISHING THE GRADE OF OXFORD DRIVE FROM THE F24D OF
THE EXISTING CONCRETE PAVE2,11ENT AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF BERTLING STREET, SOUTH,
A DISTANCE OF 416 FEET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDiEAU, MIS30URI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLCTWS:
SECTION 1. That the grade as hereinafter described shall be the grade
for the center of Oxford Drive, from the end of the existing concrete pave-
ment at the south side of Bertling Street, south, a distance of 416 feet,
in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and is with reference to Mean Sea
Level.
SECTION 2. Begin at the end of the existing concrete pavement at the
south side of Bertling Street with an elevation of 479.73; thence south with
an ascending grade of 3.27 k a distance of 80 feet to an elevation of 482.35;
thence with a vertical curve a distance of 80 feet to an elevation of 484.27;
thence with an ascending grade of 1.54 % a distance of 120 feet to an elevat-
ion of 486.12; thence with a vertical curve a distance of 40 feet to an elevat-
ion of 486.52; thence with an ascending grade of 0.50 % a distance of 96 feet
to an elevation of 487.00.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
