AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OFHILDALE ESTATES,
_A PART OF LOTS 2 AND_ 3 OF A SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF _
OUTLOT 78-A, U.S. P. SURVEY 21999 TOWNSHIP 31 NORTH,
RANGE 13 EAST, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Plat of Hildale Estates, a part of Lots 2 and 3
of a Subdivision of a part of Outlot 78-A, U. S. P. Survey 2199, Township
31 North, Range 13 East, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as

shown in the original plat of said subdivision dated the , day of
1965, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and
the City Engineer and examined and approved by them, is hereby accepted
and approved.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and executed by
Vernon H. Landgraf, President of L. H. Landgraf Real Estate Company
on the day of 1965, the approval of the City
Council, attested by the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
