AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF Sl e DISTRICT NO. 12_H-1
A SUBDIVISION OF SHMER DISTRICT NO. 12, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI,
AS FO-LL04S:
SECTION 1. That the land hereinafter described shall be the boundaries
of Sewer District No. 12-H-1, a subdivision of Sewer District No. 12, in the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The boundaries of Sewer District No. 12-H-1 shall include
the following described land in said City:
All of Tract No. 5, of the Klages Subdivision in Gutlot No. 77, in.
U. S. Private Survey No. 2199, excepting therefrom that portion of said
Tract No. 5, heretofore included in Sewer District No. 12-H.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after 10 days following its passage and approval.
