AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
RALPH DEIMUND AND MAXINE DEIMUND FOR STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, Ralph Deimund and Maxine Deimund, his wife, have
executed Quit Claim Deed dated October 20, 1965, conveying to the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, part of Outlot 78B, U. S. P. S. 2199, as more fully
described hereinafter in this ordinance, and the City desires to accept such
Deed and have,, the same. recorded, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as follows;
Section 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts
a Quit Claim Deed dated October 20, 1965, executed by Ralph Deimund and
Maxine Deimund, his wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
the following described real estate located in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri:
A strip of land sixty (60) feet wide, being a part of
Outlot 78B, in U. S. Private Survey No. 2199, the center
line of said strip being described as follows:
Begin at a point on the North line of Outlot No. 78B, from
which point the N. E. corner of Outlot 78B bears S. 82' 30' E. ,
370 feet; thence S. 7' 31° W. , parallel to the east line of the
Ralph Deimund tract, as said tract is described in a deed re-
corded in Book 116 at page 382, in the land records of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri, a distance of 512 feet, more or
less, to the south line of the Ralph Deimund tract and there
terminating, containing 0.705 acre,
and it is ordered that said Deed be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
Section Z. The land conveyed by Deed described in Section 1 hereof
shall be used for road purposes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
