AN ORDINANCE REPEALING COMMISSION FORM ORDIN-
ANCE NO, p5� 3 BY RESTORING THE ORIGINAL -PPLJ-.ING
PLACE FOR ,BARD SEVEN (7) AND WARD THIRTEEN (13)
AS THEY EXISTED BEFORE JULY 26 1965.
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Commission Form Ordinance No. passed
and approved the 26th day of July, 1965, is hereby repealed so that the
polling places for Wards Seven (7) and Thirteen (13) shall beat the
Arena Building as such polling places existed before July 26, 1965.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten (10) days after its passage and approval.
