amended and an election was held thereafter., electing 'Live members of the
City Council who were sworn in and took over their duties as Councilmen

MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Affective September 20, 1965 the salary of the five
members of the City Council shall be established at $100,00 per year for
each Councilman, payable quarterly.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in 'Lull force and affect ten
days after its passage and approval.
