AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF CAPE
MEADOWS, A PART OF U. S. P. SURVEY NO. 3091,
TOWNSHIP 31 N. , RANGE 14 E. , CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Cape Meadows, a part of U. S. P.
Survey No. 3091, Township 31 N. , Range 14 E. , in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, as shown in the original plat of said subdivision, dated July 14,
1967, which plat was filed with the City Clerk and City Engineer and examined
and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION Z. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to endorse upon said original plat, dated as aforesaid, and executed by William
J. Kies, Jr. , President, Riverside Land and Investment Company, a corporation,
on July 14th, 1967, the approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
