AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM WEST SIDE
IMPROVEMENT CO., INC. FOR SEWER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau
hereby accepts deed of easement from West Side Improvement Go., Inc.,
a corporation, dated April 19, 1967, of the following described real estate:
Part of Outlot 78a in U. S. P. S. No. 2199 , City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, being a strip of land 10 feet wide, lying 5 feet each side
of the following described centerline: Begin at a point on the West
line of Patricia Street, N V 03' E. , 131. 5 feet from the North line
of Hopper Road; thence N. 83` 57' W. , 140 feet to a point on the
East line of Cape Girardeau School District No. 63 property,
which point bears N. V 03' E. , 5 feet from the Northwest corner
of a parcel of land described in Book 238 at Page 401 of the land
records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
which easement and the land described herein shall be used for sewer purposes.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall cause said deed of easement to
be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds at Jackson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance* shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
