AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A PLAT .OF NORTH NEST END PLACE,
A PART OF LOT 9, BEING THE NORTH 60 FEET, AND.ALL OF LOT 8, BLOCK 25,
MONT.ICELLO SECOND ADDITION IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, CAPE GIR—
ARDEAU COUNTY, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of NORTH WEST END PLACE, a part
of Lot 9, being the North 60 feet and all of Lot 8, Block 25,
Monticello Second Addition, in U.S. Private Survey No. 2199, Township
31 North, Range 14 East, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, dated the 11th day of August, 19G9, which plat
was filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined
and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid and
executed by City and County Developer's, Inc., by Thomas L. Meyer,
President, and M. G. McCrate, Secretary on the 11th day of August,
1969, the approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten (10 ) days after its passage and approval.
