AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE PLAT OF WESTFIELD SUBDIVISION, BEING
A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF OUTLOT 78—B, U. S. PRIVATE SURVEY NO.
2199, TO%TNSHIP 31 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plat of Westfield Subdivision,
being a subdivision of part of Outlot 78-B, U. S. Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as shown on the original plat
of said Westfield Subdivision, dated August 30, 1971, which plat
was filed with the City Clerk and the City Engineer and examined
and approved by them, is hereby accepted and approved upon the
condition that the plat be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds as required by law and that all taxes against the same
are paid as required by Section 445.030, RSMo 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to endorse upon said original plat dated as aforesaid
and executed by Riverside Home Builders, Inc., a Missouri Corporation
by C. F. Rudesill, President, owner, on the 30th day of August,
1971, the approval of the City Council, attested by the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
